Returns and refunds
You have 30 nights from delivery to request a full refund.
Email support@nexislight.com with your order number and we take it from there.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
You do not need to ship the product back. It is yours to keep or gift.
Damaged or faulty items on arrival are replaced free of charge. A photo helps us move faster.
You can cancel any time before the order ships.
